How long until I see results?

Honestly? It depends on what you're measuring. PPC optimization shows movement in weeks. CRO usually needs 60–90 days to collect enough data to make confident decisions. We'll set expectations on the first call, and we won't overpromise.

What's the minimum commitment?

3-month minimum on PPC + CRO engagements. Real results need time. Channel optimization compounds. Short commitments keep the pressure where it belongs, on us, to keep delivering. If we both think it makes sense to keep going after 3 months, we keep going.

What if it's not working?

We'll tell you. We'll show you the data. We'll either fix it together or end the engagement professionally. No surprises, no hiding behind reports.

Who actually does the work?

Senior strategists run your accounts, with the founders staying close to every engagement. For SEO and web dev, we work with a small group of trusted, long-term contractors. Either way, we manage the strategy, quality, and delivery, and you'll never be passed off to someone we don't trust.

How is the percentage on ad spend calculated?

Media spend only. That excludes tools, landing page costs, and platform fees. It's all in the contract.
